GL Staffing is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to both B2B and B2C customers. In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through fulfillment.

Location: Doral, FL

Pay: $23/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional availability until 8:00 PM to support West Coast clients)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C customers via phone and email.
• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain customer accounts, notes, and communications within the CRM system.
• Monitor inventory and order status to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customer questions and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
• Provide support during occasional extended hours to accommodate West Coast clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support, account coordination, inside sales support, client services, or order management .
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
