We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our restaurant team! As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience. As the financial backbone of our business, you'll be responsible for maximizing profits while keeping costs low. You'll adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize expenses, ensuring that all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Lead and run excellent shifts. Deliver top quality food. Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way. Use communication skills to motivate team members. Role model a sense of urgency. Expectations Work 45+ hours a week. Hire and develop your team. Maintain open communication with AGM and DM. Lead your team by example, embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes. Maintain food safety standards. What we offer you An opportunity to advance in a food service career at Jersey Mikes.
