Birmingham Claims Adjuster Responsibilities: investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of non‑standard auto claims. Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, 3–5 years claims‑adjusting experience, experience investigating and analyzing insurance coverage and legal liability, strong analytical and communication skills, organizational skills, ability to make independent decisions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Mesa Phone Support Claims Representative Responsibilities: answering phones and assisting agents, insureds, and lienholders with the company’s policies; knowledge of auto policy provisions and PC experience. Requirements: pleasant phone manner, PC experience; bilingual fluency, insurance background and customer service expertise preferred. Mesa Claims Adjuster – Auto Claims Department Responsibilities: handle and process auto claims involving bodily injury, property damage, uninsured motorist, comprehensive, collision, and medical‑pay. Investigation and determination of coverage, damages and liability in the non‑standard auto market. Tupelo Auto Appraiser Responsibilities: analyze and prepare detailed appraisals on damaged vehicles and perform necessary investigations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably 3–5 years of automobile appraising and estimating, investigative experience, knowledge of auto repair techniques, computer skills, self‑starter and well organized. Dallas Auto Liability Claims Adjuster Responsibilities: investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of auto claims. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum 10 years in the auto insurance industry Minimum 7 years of bodily‑injury claim handling Prior bodily‑injury claim handling involving attorneys Prior litigation experience beneficial Prior supervisory experience beneficial Prior underwriting experience beneficial Strong analytical skills Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel Strong organizational skills Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast‑pace environment Ability to work well with others Ability to make independent decisions Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) beneficial Must possess a current Texas adjuster license #J-18808-Ljbffr Safeway Insurance
