The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of the community, ensuring residents, families, and visitors receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role supports daily operations through front‑desk management, communication coordination, and personalized assistance that enhances residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Support — Provide warm, attentive assistance to residents, helping with transportation scheduling, activity sign‑ups, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.

• Front Desk Operations — Manage phones, greet visitors, monitor entry points, and maintain a professional, organized reception environment.

• Communication Coordination — Relay information between residents, families, staff, and leadership; distribute mail; update community calendars; support emergency communication protocols.

• Hospitality Services — Deliver a high‑touch customer service experience, anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

• Administrative Tasks — Maintain logs, complete documentation, support scheduling, assist with event preparation, and manage basic data entry.

• Safety & Security Awareness — Monitor visitor access, follow emergency procedures, and maintain awareness of resident safety needs.

• Community Engagement — Support activities, encourage participation, and help foster a vibrant, connected environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience — Prior hospitality, reception, or service experience preferred.

• Communication Skills — Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication.

• Technology Proficiency — Comfortable with phone systems, email, scheduling software, and basic office tools.

• Problem‑Solving — Ability to stay calm, resourceful, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment
