THE JOB:

As a on-call Bar Porter at Excalibur, you will support daily beverage operations by ensuring bars are fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready to deliver exceptional guest service. You will work closely with bartenders and beverage team members to maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies, uphold sanitation and safety standards, and help create a seamless guest experience throughout the resort. THE STARTING RATE: $24.7819 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, counter tops, and mopping floors Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft Perform other job-related duties as requested THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be at least 21 years of age Willingness to obtain and maintain all required certifications, including a valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card Available to work on-call schedules, including morning, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays as business needs require THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community
