This is a stable, long-standing manufacturing facility where the Maintenance Team plays a critical role in keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical troubleshooting background, along with solid mechanical maintenance experience. Why join us? $31–$33/hour Overtime opportunities Full Benefits Bi-Weekly Attendance Bonus of $2 per hour Stable, long-standing manufacturing facility Opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong focus on production uptime and preventative maintenance Job Details Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and electrical panels Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Perform mechanical repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial equipment Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all applicable safety procedures Ideal Background: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems Experience troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs, sensors, motors, and controls Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities Manufacturing or plastics industry experience is a plus Ability to work independently on an overnight shift Interested in hearing more?
