As a Maintenance Technician it will be your job to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. This role includes regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. You'll help with day-to-day maintenance tasks, keep accurate records, and ensure a safe working environment.What you'll get:Starting pay: $19.00/hourExtra $1.50/hour during 3rd shift hoursWeekly pay – get paid every Thursday!Full benefits starting the 1st of the month after hire! (debit card)Company-paid life, short & long-term disabilityFSA, voluntary insurance options401(k) + company match (after 6 months)11 paid holidays + PTOWhat you'll do:Inspect and maintain equipment to catch issues earlyPerform scheduled preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot and fix equipment problemsRespond quickly to maintenance requestsKeep clear records of repairs and parts usedWork closely with team members across departmentsTrack inventory of tools and partsFollow all safety rules and proceduresSuggest ways to improve equipment and processesUse maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft OfficeBe available for on-call work, weekends, holidays, and overtime as neededTake on other duties as assignedThe skills you'll need:Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsSkilled in using tools and reading technical manualsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and stay organizedGood communication skillsBasic computer skillsWork in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)What we're looking for:High school diploma or GED; additional technical certifications or training in maintenance or related fields is a plus.Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.Age 18+ with reliable transportationMust be able to train on 1st shift (7am-3pm)Ready to join a team that invests in you?
