Farmers Insurance District 22/25 is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Business Sales Associate with a direct pathway to one day owning your own agency. This position is primarily based out of our District office in Schaumburg, Illinois .
If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and want to learn the ropes of running a business from the ground up, this role is designed for you.
We are looking for self-starters and future entrepreneurs who are ready to dive in, take ownership of their activity, and make an immediate impact within a growing District. From day one, you will operate with a high degree of independence, proactively building and managing a book of business that serves as a tangible asset for your future agency.
You will receive one-on-one mentorship, exclusive executive training, and a proven roadmap designed to transition you from a top-producing associate into a successful Farmers Agency Owner.

Responsibilities- Build long-term relationships by assessing client needs, educating them on coverage options, and providing ongoing policy reviews and exceptional service.
- Proactively generate leads and build a growing book of business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and consistent community involvement.
- Team up with the District and other Associates to hit sales goals and support marketing initiatives while staying sharp on product knowledge, industry trends, and Farmers training.
- Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
- Comfortable working in a high-reward, sales environment
- Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
