\n \nWater-City Blaze is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns throughout Tampa.
\n \nAs an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers to introduce mobile plans, smartphones, home internet, and connected services. You'll learn how to identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, handle questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
\n \nThis is a hands-on Entry-Level Sales Representative opportunity with full training and ongoing coaching, so previous sales experience is not required.
\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing
\nYou'll work in retail and promotional environments where you'll speak with customers throughout the day and help them understand the services available to them.
\nAs an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll develop your sales approach through real customer conversations, learning how to build rapport, explain products, handle questions, and confidently support customers through purchasing decisions.
\n \nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:
\n• Engaging customers through face-to-face sales conversations
\n• Introducing mobile, internet, and connected service options
\n• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
\n• Explaining products, plans, and service options clearly
\n• Supporting new customer registrations and account setup
\n• Following the customer journey from initial conversation through acquisition
\n• Working towards individual and team sales targets
\n• Taking part in ongoing sales coaching and development
