Job Overview:
\nWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Packaging Distributor Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our packaging solutions to customers.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\nProactively identify and target potential clients within assigned territory.
\nConduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
\nDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and value propositions.
\nBuild and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
\nPresent and demonstrate our packaging solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
\nCollaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
\n \nPrepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, both in person and virtually.
\nMeet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
\nEffectively manage and update customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
\nStay updated on competitor offerings and market changes to maintain a competitive edge.
\nProvide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
\n \nQualifications:
\nBachelor's degree in Business, Packaging Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
\nSelf-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
\nComfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nWillingness to travel within the assigned territory, if required.
\nPrior sales experience or internship experience is ideal.
