\n \nEmpireWorks Reconstruction is looking for an Account Executive to grow our business throughout the Phoenix market. This is an entrepreneurial sales role for someone who wants to build relationships, develop a territory, and create a book of business with significant income potential.
\nThe right candidate may come from construction or production, construction sales, or property/HOA management. What matters most is that you understand the industry, enjoy working with people, are comfortable in the field, and want the opportunity to build and lead a market.
\n \nWHAT YOU'LL DO
\n- \n
- Build and manage your Phoenix territory and book of business \n
- Develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and industry partners \n
- Identify construction needs and generate qualified opportunities and RFPs \n
- Conduct property walks and work with estimating and production to develop solutions \n
- Educate customers and manage opportunities from initial relationship through sale \n
- Maintain disciplined prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management \n
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
\nYou may be a construction professional ready to move into a customer-facing sales role, an experienced construction salesperson looking for greater ownership and upside, or a property management professional interested in moving to the contractor side.
\nWe're looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven leader who takes ownership, is accountable for results, is comfortable developing new business, and is eager to deepen their construction knowledge.
\n \nTHE OPPORTUNITY
\nEmpireWorks has completed more than 10,000 projects and specializes in large-scale exterior reconstruction, painting, waterproofing, and related construction services. You'll receive training and field experience while working alongside experienced estimators, production leaders, and sales professionals.
\nCompensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission, vehicle reimbursement, fuel, phone, and optional healthcare contribution. Estimated first-year total compensation is $80,000-$120,000, with additional upside based on performance.
\n \nRequirements include relevant experience in construction, construction sales, property/HOA management, or a related field; strong relationship and communication skills; a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving history; and ability to successfully complete a background check.
