Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly face of Dublin Cleaners — greeting customers, processing orders, answering questions, and ensuring every garment and every guest receives outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome. Receive, tag, and check in garments for cleaning or alterations. Handle order pick‑ups, payments, and special requests accurately. Communicate clearly with production staff to ensure quality and timeliness. Keep the front counter and work area clean, organized, and professional. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Dublin Cleaners brand with pride. Requirements: Strong customer service or retail experience preferred. Dependable, friendly, and detail‑oriented. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system. Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Schedule & Pay: Full‑time and part‑time shifts available.
