  Currently Hiring For:

• (Part-Time) One Opening Customer Service Representative: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• (Part-Time) Two Closing Customer Service Representatives: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Location: Cedar Rapids, Coralville, Iowa City

Reports to: Customer Service Leader

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part Time, Non-Exempt

About the Role

The Customer Service Clerk supports daily store operations while helping create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every customer. 

This role works across multiple areas of the store including cashiering, stocking, customer assistance, food handling support, and maintaining clean and shopper ready spaces. 

Customer Service Clerks play an important role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience from entry to checkout while supporting the overall success of the store team. 

Requirements:

What You Will Do

• Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful customer service throughout the store 
• Operate registers accurately while supporting smooth customer flow and checkout experiences 
• Support stocking, replenishment, merchandising, and product rotation across departments 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across customer facing areas and workspaces 
• Assist customers with product questions, carry outs, and general store support 
• Support food handling, packaging, and preparation tasks as assigned 
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support daily operations

• Customers feel welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their shopping experience 
• Front end and store operations remain organized, efficient, and customer focused 
• Products and customer facing areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained 
• Tasks are completed consistently with attention to detail and safety 
• Team members contribute positively to store culture and operational flow 

What You’ll Bring

• Customer service or retail experience preferred 
• Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple areas of the store 
• Ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment 
• Strong communication and reliability 
• Interest in natural and organic foods preferred 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly 
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
