Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and drive successful delivery of projects across crossfunctional teams The role requires strong expertise in project planning execution stakeholder management risk management scope control budgeting status reporting and issue resolution The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments while ensuring timely delivery quality outcomes and alignment with business objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesLead endtoend project management activities including initiation planning execution monitoring and closureDevelop and maintain detailed project plans schedules milestones and deliverablesManage project scope and ensure change requests are evaluated documented and controlled effectivelyIdentify assess and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to minimize business impactWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives status and expectationsPrepare and present regular status reports dashboards and project updates to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure proper documentation of project artifacts meeting notes action items risks and decisionsMonitor and manage project budgets resource allocation and overall financial health of the projectCoordinate across crossfunctional teams including business technology operations vendors and leadershipDrive issue resolution and facilitate timely decisionmaking to keep the project on trackApply strong problemsolving and analytical skills to handle project challenges effectivelyEnsure adherence to project governance quality standards and organizational processesSupport project delivery using Agile Waterfall methodologies based on business requirementsProvide leadership to project teams fostering team collaboration accountability and performance
