Product Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:
- Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and deliver business-focused technology solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system enhancements
- Break down initiatives into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items
- Support Agile planning, sprint activities, and cross-functional project execution
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance system capabilities
- Assist with release planning, product adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor solution effectiveness and help drive positive business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and supporting Agile product development
- Experience conducting UAT and validating business and functional requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications, CRM platforms, and system integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of workflow automation, business processes, and digital product delivery is a plus
