Commercial Superintendent

Commercial Superintendent - Raleigh, NC (Local Projects + Statewide Travel) Your new company A wellestablished commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations for projects based in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate is local to the Raleigh area and open to travel within North Carolina as needed-beginning with an upcoming project near Charlotte, NC. This role is built for a Superintendent who owns the job site, drives production, and builds strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, and project partners. Your new role Field Operations Leadership - Direct daytoday site activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Subcontractor Management - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues quickly. Schedule Execution - Work closely with Project Managers to maintain and update project schedules. Safety Oversight - Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections. Quality Assurance - Ensure all work meets project specifications and industry standards. Site Documentation - Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and project documentation. Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the primary onsite contact for owners, inspectors, and project partners. What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience. Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and subcontractors. Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards. Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel across NC as project needs arise. What you'll get in return Competitive base salary $110,000-$125,000, depending on experience.
