Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead and oversee our Patient Services team within an acute care setting. Key Responsibilities Establish goals and oversee the implementation of patient meal services in alignment with medical directives and patient population needs Recruit, lead, coach, train, and develop patient services team members Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions, including special and modified diets, while supporting patient food preferences within prescribed guidelines Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure service excellence standards are met Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while upholding HIPAA regulations, patient rights, and confidentiality policies Lead and participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Qualifications Associate degree with at least one (1) year of experience in food service or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management, nutrition, or a related discipline Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Diet Technician (DTR), or Registered Dietitian (RD) certification preferred Minimum of one (1) year of food service management experience, preferably in an acute care environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records (EMR), and diet office systems Morrison Healthcare is a member of Compass Group USA Associates at Morrison Healthcare are offered many fantastic benefits.
