Country Manager

Nuestro cliente, empresa líder en la producción de sistemas de frenos de alto rendimiento para motocicletas y bicicletas, debido a su fuerte expansión requiere la figura de un Country Manager para liderar sus operaciones en USA. Este rol es fundamental para establecer y gestionar el nuevo almacén y back office en el Puerto de Miami, desde donde se distribuirán los productos a los clientes ubicados en Estados Unidos. Sus principales responsabilidades serán: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los principales distribuidores de recambios y otros clientes clave en el mercado estadounidense. Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes en USA., asegurando un servicio excepcional y la satisfacción del cliente. Identificar y capitalizar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector de motocicletas y bicicletas. Colaborar con el equipo de gestión en España para desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento y expansión en el mercado estadounidense. Supervisar las operaciones del almacén y el back office en USA, asegurando la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de la empresa. Coordinar con el equipo de operaciones, marketing y aftermarket en España para garantizar un flujo de trabajo sin problemas y el apoyo necesario. Desempeñar un papel clave en la expansión de las operaciones de la compañía en USA.
