Adecco Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturer in Attleboro, MA to fill a 2nd shift Janitorial position.

The schedule is M-F 3PM-12AM and the starting rate for this role is $20 per hour.

Job Summary:

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance across three company locations. This position performs a variety of cleaning and facility support tasks to ensure all buildings, common areas, restrooms, offices, and manufacturing areas remain clean, safe, and presentable.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout all assigned locations.

• Clean and sanitize all restrooms daily.

• Clean glass, windows, and mirrors throughout the facilities.

• Clean conference rooms, including tables and floors, and remove trash.

• Restock restroom supplies daily and as needed.

• Clean counters and tables and maintain kitchen areas with necessary supplies.

• Clean refrigerators and microwaves as needed.

• Collect and dispose of trash from front offices, kitchens, departments, and other designated areas.

• Monitor and order cleaning and kitchen supplies as needed.

• Assist with deep-cleaning projects throughout departments and cleanroom areas.

• Notify supervisors or managers of major maintenance or repair issues.

• Follow established daily cleaning schedules and procedures.

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

• Perform other cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize daily responsibilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to safely handle a variety of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment.

• Basic computer skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
