DescriptionSummaryThe Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy in alignment with business goals. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee relations. The Director partners closely with executive leadership to foster a high-performance culture, lead change initiatives, and ensure legal compliance across all HR functions. This position leads the HR team, providing coaching, development, and operational direction to drive excellence and continuous improvement.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership across all HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and complianceLead and mentor the HR team to deliver best-in-class service aligned with business objectivesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support a diverse, inclusive, and compliant workplace cultureServe as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and change management initiativesOversee compensation and benefits programs, including competitive analysis, budgeting, and vendor managementManage payroll operations in compliance with regulatory and reporting requirementsLead enterprise-wide HR initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, development planning, and workforce analyticsEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including mandated reporting (e.g., EEO-1, CA legal reporting, 5500, 401(k) testing)Oversee the design and delivery of onboarding, training, and leadership development programsProvide guidance on complex employee relations matters and support fair and consistent resolution in partnership with leadershipDrive KPI tracking and reporting across key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, engagement, and strategic initiativesRepresent the company in audits, external reporting, and corporate compliance reviewsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and Safran corporate to align HR strategy, benefits administration, and quarterly/year-end reportingRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of progressive HR experience7+ years in a leadership role managing HR teamsProven experience developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environmentDeep knowledge of U.S. federal and California labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practicesDemonstrated success in building high-performing teams and influencing at all levels of the organizationStrong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational goals into effective HR strategiesExperience managing HR systems, payroll, and reporting tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretionPreferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or BusinessHR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)BenefitsThe starting pay range for this position is $150,000 - 170,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.In addition to a comprehensive package of health benefits that include company contributions, RAVE Aerospace offers a variety of additional benefits and perks to enhance your work-life balance experience including but not limited to:A home allowance to elevate your home workspaceDiscretionary bonus programFuture financial security with a 401(k) program with a company matchPaid time off covering vacations, personal time off, and sick days, capped off by an exciting year-end holiday shutdownEmbraced flexibility with our alternative work schedule (9/80) to navigate your workweeks with every other Friday offJob SummaryID: A6D4819C7FDepartment: HRType: full time
