Compensation: $20–$25 per hour + split commission

As a Sales Producer , you’ll help individuals and families understand their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and build lasting client relationships. You’ll gain hands-on experience generating new business, managing a sales pipeline, and learning how a successful insurance agency operates.
For motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, this role can also provide valuable experience for exploring future leadership and agency ownership opportunities.

We’ll provide the training, coaching, and resources. You bring the drive to learn, sell, and produce results.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions based on their needs and priorities
• Prepare quotes, present options, handle objections, and confidently ask for the business
• Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, cross-selling, and outbound prospecting
• Consistently follow up with leads and build long-term client relationships
• Track leads, activities, and results using agency systems and CRM tools
• Work toward individual and agency sales and production goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Active California insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain the required license prior to hire
• Motivated, competitive, and driven by results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Coachable, dependable, and accountable
• Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
