Continuous Skills Development Manager

Position Summary Continuous Skills Development Manager Location: Nationwide (90% travel) Responsibilities Lead and support a team in the ongoing deployment and optimization of automated equipment across multiple distribution centers. Develop, deliver, and oversee structured training programs for cell operators, emphasizing adaptor cell operations and best practices. Coordinate and support two rotating training teams delivering instruction across multiple shifts at distribution centers. Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and implement scalable solutions that enhance workforce capability. Ensure training delivery aligns with operational standards and efficiency goals. Qualifications 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year’s experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years’ of college in a Business or related field. Previous experience with adaptor cell systems and environments. Strong understanding of distribution center operations and control center functions. Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead training teams and deliver programs across shift‑based operations.
