divh2Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/h2pCACI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide essential mechanical support to Navy operations by managing equipment maintenance, repairs, and material handling. This position ensures that all mechanical work complies with Navy standards and procedures./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPerform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems, including CNC machines, hydraulic machinery, PLCs, and electrical systems/liliDiagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance/liliOrder and manage spare parts and materials required for repairs and maintenance/liliMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities/liliEnsure all mechanical work is performed in accordance with Navy safety and operational standards/liliPerform welding projects and rebuild water pumps as needed/liliConduct preventive maintenance (PM) on machines and general plant maintenance/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3pRequired:/pulliTroubleshooting skills/liliMechanical background with experience in facilities maintenance and industrial machine repair/liliAbility to read technical drawings and schematics/liliAbility to use hand and power tools/liliCurrent forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon assignment/liliStrong attention to detail, accountability, and adherence to Navy safety and operational procedures/liliAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance/li/ulpDesired:/pulliExperience as a Machinist or Programmer/liliExperience with Automotive / Engine repair and maintenance/liliAn active DoD Secret Clearance/liliWelding experience/li/ulpThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
