• Assemble glass, door, frame, and subcomponents into sub-assemblies and final units in accordance with travelers and standard work.
• Use hand tools, power drivers, and pneumatic equipment confidently and safely.
• Hold yourself to high standards for quality, throughput, safety, and housekeeping.
• Maintain a tidy, organized station by applying 6S methods.
• Make basic equipment setups/adjustments with supervision.
• Inspect parts and finished goods using visual checks, tape measures, gauges, check fixtures, and calipers.
• Alert your lead/supervisor to any defective materials or conditions.
• Follow SOPs and leadership direction; assist other processes as needed.
• Handle varied assembly tasks with minimal oversight.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am–2:30 pm | $18.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm–11:30 pm | $20.50/hr

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of production assembly experience

• Basic reading, writing, and PC proficiency
• Math aptitude, including fractions and decimals; accurate tape measure use
• Clear communication and teamwork
• Familiarity with 6S practices and reading job specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand/walk/sit for long periods
• Comfort handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Adaptable, team-oriented mindset

Final pay is determined using job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as role scope, your experience and education/training, work location, and critical skills. Compensation is one part of our Total Rewards approach.
