Entry-Level Sales Representative

to guide customers through the complete sales experience, from the first conversation and needs discovery through product demonstrations, recommendations, orders, and follow-up. No previous sales experience is required. New team members receive practical training and ongoing support designed to build product knowledge, communication skills, and confidence from day one. What you’ll do Connect with prospective customers through professional face-to-face conversations Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and priorities Learn the product line and conduct clear, engaging demonstrations Recommend appropriate products based on each customer’s needs Explain product features, benefits, and available options accurately Answer questions and address customer concerns professionally Guide customers through the ordering process Maintain organized records of customer conversations and follow-up activity Track individual results and work toward team performance goals Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training Represent EDI with professionalism, energy, and integrity What we’re looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence starting conversations with new people Active listening and an interest in helping customers A positive, dependable, and professional approach A goal-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative Coachability and openness to feedback Resilience when navigating challenges or rejection Ability to stay organized and follow through consistently Interest in sales, leadership, and professional development Availability to work full-time in Vancouver, Washington Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required What you’ll gain Paid training with no previous sales experience required Hands-on experience across the complete sales process Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced leaders Performance and advancement evaluations every 30 days Opportunities to grow into training and team leadership Transferable skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship building Performance incentives and recognition for strong results A supportive, high-energy team environment focused on growth and achievement Schedule and location Full-time, Monday through Friday In-person position based in Vancouver, Washington Face-to-face customer interaction and community-based activity Immediate start available Put your drive to work Ready to move from potential to performance?
