Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Roxboro, NC

Location: Roxboro, North Carolina

We're seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team for the 2026–2027 school year in a direct hire, long-term position .

Position Details:

• Elementary school caseload
• Full-time: 35 hours per week
• School Year: August 6, 2026 – May 19, 2027
• Direct Hire: Long-term opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services in accordance with IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and academic success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' speech, language, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license and appropriate school credential/certification required.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
