Elevator Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to grow our elevator service and repair portfolio. You will be responsible for securing and expanding maintenance contracts, driving repair sales, and building lasting relationships with property managers, building owners, and facility directors. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of field sales and account management, with direct influence on revenue goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leverage company tools to grow the portfolio Prepare and present repair proposals, maintenance contract bids, and renewal presentations that meet profitability objectives. Identify and develop capital plans for customers addressing short‑and long‑term building needs. Track and manage the sales pipeline to anticipate contract retention opportunities. Account Management Manage customer accounts through proactive outreach. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations to ensure service expectations are met. Evaluate customer inquiries and complaints; recommend corrective actions to management as needed. Support accounts receivable activities to ensure timely and accurate payments within your portfolio. Partner to prepare accurate estimates and schedule service orders. Maintain up-to-date customer records in systems in accordance with company procedures. Ensure all activities comply with established safety, quality, and compliance standards. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 1–3 years of B2B elevator or related building-services industry strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing accounts in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Facilities Management experience preferred but not required. Strong presentation and proposal skills; comfortable delivering to property managers and executives. Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Outstanding relationship‑building skills with a customer-first mindset. Flexible for a mix of remote and infrequent on‑site meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
