What You Bring to the Table:

An active Nursing Home Administrator license that proves you’re ready to lead
At least 3 years rocking healthcare management with impressive results
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
Deep knowledge of nursing home regulations — compliance is your second nature
Leadership chops that motivate and inspire
Budget skills sharp enough to handle $1M+ with ease
