Powder Coat Operator

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00am -3:30pm Overtime available

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Powder Coat Operator . This hands-on role supports our powder coating operation by loading and unloading parts, ensuring quality, and keeping production running efficiently. Great opportunity to learn, cross-train, and grow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts for powder coating operations

• Position parts to ensure quality coating coverage

• Perform basic quality inspections

• Follow procedures for rejected or questionable materials

• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience preferred, not required

• Powder coating, forklift, or overhead crane experience a plus

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
