Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector, which will be reporting to the Quality Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring quality control for all Rotork product and services. Conduct inspection of goods inward components and materials in a timely manner. Conduct internal roving inspection Raise rejections notices on suppliers. Convert internal rejections into supplier returns. Operate and maintain the internal calibration system Key Responsibilities and Outcomes Working in an appropriate and safe manner, maintaining compliance with local health and safety procedures. To carry out goods inwards inspection of all bought in parts in accordance with company procedures, using as reference engineering drawings, purchase orders, or other associated specifications, either national or international. Perform roving inspection Perform factory support inspection Conduct review of documentation supplied with delivered against the appropriate internal or external specification. Conduct normal activities associated with the functional needs of a quality department, at the request of supervision. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of physical measurement techniques Basic understanding of machining processes An ability and willingness to train others Ability to work to a deadline.
