As an Assistant Lead Supervisor, you'll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. You'll assist in day-to-day operations under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.

A Day in the Life

Support your team and bakery operations while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you'll:

• Guide team members to deliver exceptional service

• Support daily operations and special orders

What You Bring to the Table

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
• High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic business math and computer proficiency
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
• Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
