Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility. Encourage resident independence and social interaction. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisors. Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment. Support residents during meals, including set-up, assistance, and social engagement. Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Resident Assistant Qualifications and Skills: Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required. Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred. Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach. Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills. Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.
