Assistant Fresh Foods Manager - Deli & Bakery

Harris Teeter in Matthews, NC is seeking a Full Time Deli Bakery Management Assistant to help supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department and assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. You will perform duties of baker, fryer, cake decorator, fresh foods clerk, and chef; interview and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; assist in performance appraisals; address complaints and resolve problems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harristeeter
