Senior Healthcare Product & Business Transformation Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking a  Business AI Analyst to partner directly with executive leadership to identify operational challenges, improve business performance, and drive AI-enabled transformation across the organization.

This is  not a traditional Business Intelligence role focused solely on dashboards and reporting. We are looking for a business-minded consultant who can understand how healthcare organizations operate, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions using business intelligence, process improvement, data analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.

The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between executive leadership, business operations, and technology-working across departments to solve business problems, improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making.

This position reports directly to executive leadership and will have significant visibility across the organization.

What You'll Do

You'll partner with leaders across Operations, Clinical, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, IT, and Administrative departments to understand how the business operates and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with executive leadership and departmental stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and organizational priorities.
• Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and current-state/future-state assessments.
• Analyze business processes, operational workflows, organizational data, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations that leverage AI, analytics, automation, reporting, and process redesign to improve operational performance.
• Utilize AI technologies including  Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, and other LLM platforms to streamline business processes and improve organizational productivity.
• Design AI-assisted workflows, prompt libraries, automation strategies, and knowledge solutions that enable employees to work more efficiently.
• Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Leverage Snowflake and enterprise data warehouse environments to analyze business data and validate operational recommendations.
• Work with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to transform data into meaningful executive insights.
• Develop business cases, workflow documentation, process maps, executive presentations, and operational improvement recommendations.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical use cases across the enterprise.
• Measure results, track adoption, and continuously optimize implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Operations Analysis, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience working within healthcare organizations including health plans, provider groups, hospitals, managed care organizations, or healthcare technology companies.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with executive leadership and cross-functional business teams.
• Strong experience conducting requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process mapping, and business case development.
• Experience identifying operational improvements that drive measurable business results.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies including  Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve business productivity.
• Experience with  Snowflake and modern enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, compliance, and business processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

What This Role Is NOT

This is  not a traditional BI Developer or Dashboard Developer position where success is measured by the number of reports created.

Instead, this is a highly consultative, executive-facing role focused on:
