Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate We're certified as a Great Place to Work® because we believe the best patient care starts with taking care of our people.
