Payroll Specialist

his is a Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst role focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. The position goes beyond basic payroll—it's a mix of operations, analytics, and process improvement, where you’ll act as a subject matter expert and support internal teams like HR, Finance, and Legal. What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day) Managing end-to-end payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time Handling payroll taxes, garnishments, and compliance requirements Troubleshooting payroll issues and handling escalations Working on payroll-related projects (system updates, process changes) Analyzing payroll data and performing root cause analysis What the Company is Looking For Strong experience in payroll operations (2–4+ years preferred) Good understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and reporting Experience working with HR/payroll systems and integrations #J-18808-Ljbffr
