As a Christian-based senior living community, we've proudly served since 1972, offering a full continuum of care including memory care, assisted living, therapy services, and more.Our team is guided by our core values: Compassion, Attitude of Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing, and Giving-and we bring those values to life every day for both residents and employees.The LPN or RN's primary responsibilities include:Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facilities nursing department including skin grids and treatments, preventative skin plans, preventative fall plans, incident reports and admission paperwork.Attends team care conferences as needed.Provides oral instructions to nursing assistants.Assesses residents and records all pertinent information in resident's records.Document administration of medications according to facility policies and procedures.Functions as team leader and supervisor.Supplies and interprets information, supports decisions, and facilitates communications with residents and their families, and nursing assistants and support staff.Assures that resident's call lights are answered.Other duties as assigned.What do I need as an LPN or RN? A current/valid LPN or RN license in Ohio required.
