Location: Point Pleasant, WV, US Cleveland, OH, US Louisville, KY, US

Position Overview: Kiewit is seeking a Site Talent Acquisition Advisor to support a large-scale construction project in Point Pleasant, WV. This individual will serve as the primary recruiting partner for project leadership, driving workforce planning and full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent across construction and project support functions. This is a highly visible, site-based role that requires a proactive recruiter capable of building strong partnerships with operations leaders and delivering talent solutions in a fast-paced project environment.

Location: This role will be based on-site in Point Pleasant, WV. Relocation Assistance and/or Per Diem Available

Responsibilities:

• Partner with project leadership to develop and execute workforce staffing plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, military programs, and industry outreach.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing talent market insights and recruiting best practices.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and candidate site visits.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide staffing updates to project and HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or EPC-related hiring. Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling difficult-to-fill positions. Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Ability to work onsite in Point Pleasant, WV for the duration of the project.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting large-scale project staffing, workforce planning, and rapid hiring ramps. Background recruiting for Construction roles such as: Field Engineers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Safety, Quality, Materials Management, and Project Controls professionals. Experience supporting union and project-based workforce hiring. Experience partnering directly with project executives and operations leadership. Advanced sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and competitive intelligence. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and recruiting analytics. Experience supporting mega projects, power generation, advanced manufacturing, data center, LNG, industrial, or large commercial construction projects.
