Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a growing Health & Wellness organization. This contract opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, databases, and recruiting events
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for open opportunities
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and skills assessments
• Extend verbal and written offers
• Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including I-9s, background checks, and onboarding documentation
• Maintain candidate and recruiting data within HR systems
• Assist with employee relations concerns and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred, but not required
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems; Dayforce experience is a plus
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices
