Project Manager Quantico, VA The Project Manager receives work direction and product development guidance from the Corps Solutions CEO, JEDD Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Director. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate the end-to-end planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of JEDD-supported exercises, training events, and wargames. Develop, maintain, and update project management plans, schedules, risk assessments, and other control documents supporting JEDD activities and prepare management reports, briefs, and updates for government leadership as required. Coordinate with JEDD leadership, government sponsors, participating units, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Lead project management meetings, provide status updates, coordinate synchronization across functional teams, and provide guidance and support to JEDD staff involved in exercise design, control, assessment, and analysis. Manage milestones and deliverables to ensure exercise and training objectives are met within approved timelines. Track project performance, identify issues or delays, develop mitigation strategies, and report impacts to JEDD leadership. Maintain all project records, documentation repositories, and program management tracking tools in accordance with established policies and procedures. Support development and refinement of JEDD standard operating procedures, planning tools, project management policies, and directorate processes. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure project standards, methodologies, and JEDD requirements are consistently applied. EDUCATION Master of Science degree from an accredited college or university in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems (MIS), or physical science in Information Systems Management, Computer Systems Analysis, Operations Research, or Systems Analysis; or an MBA; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in any discipline with at least 5 years related experience. Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline with at least 7 years related experience performing similar type services as a site manager job is an acceptable alternative. Graduate from a DoD Senior Service College or Command and Staff College is an acceptable alternative. EXPERIENCE Demonstrated success in four (4) or more of the following areas: At least three 3 years of experience in the last five (5) years determining program objectives and requirements, organizing and scheduling programs and projects, and developing standards and guidelines for supporting activities. Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases, including initiation, development, implementation, and maintenance of various large, difficult, and complex Joint Force Development projects. Knowledge and demonstrated ability to successfully direct, manage and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives in strategic business planning and organizational performance management. Leadership experience in strategic planning, operations management, financial oversight, and advisory and consulting skills on controversial business issues. Demonstrated experience with joint and service doctrine, to include combat, combat support and combat service support operations. Extensive actual knowledge of and experience with service and joint and combined staffs' organization, functions, and procedures. Able to write clear communications and present training programs. Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills required. Proficient in the entire suite of MS Office and able to quickly learn additional systems. Familiarity with SharePoint is desired. WORKING CONDITIONS Required to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus. Daily travel in local area during workday (including use of personal vehicle). Be able to work an unstable schedule, to include holidays and weekends. SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for up to three weeks at a time (or longer). Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company's auto insurance provider. SECURITY CLEARANCE A Secret security clearance is required for this position. The ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance is preferred.
