Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position in Carthage, Tennessee. This role involves providing patient care in the Labor, Nursery, and Postpartum units at a critical access hospital. The position requires candidates to possess the appropriate certifications and experience to support maternity women and newborns effectively.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP. One or more years of labor and delivery experience, valid RN licensure in Tennessee, and ability to work the specified schedule.
• Preferred Qualifications: PALS certification, experience with Centricity and Meditech electronic medical records, and familiarity with couplet care.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have the ability to perform in Labor, Nursery, and Post-Partum units with a positive attitude and initiative. Local candidates must be at least 60 miles away from the facility to be considered for travel. Orientation is conducted weekly on Mondays. The unit includes 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds, with a patient ratio of 1:2.
