Warehouse Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s distribution network. The role safely loads and unloads trucks, accurately picks paint and paint‑related product orders, ships product orders to customers, moves material within the facility, and operates forklift, hand trucks, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment. The role also safely operates forklifts or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, sorting, packing, and transporting products. Additional Information 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM $1.00/Hour Shift Differential Pay Eligible for performance‑based bonus subject to company plan terms Position may require criminal background check to protect the company, safety, and reputation Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently pick orders Process, package, and ship orders accurately Organize stocks and maintain inventory Inspect products for defects and damages Examine incoming and outgoing shipments Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations Coordinate site damage/re‑pour area Abide by all company safety and quality expectations Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Minimum Requirements Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Preferred Qualifications At least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility At least one (1) year of work experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors, pallet handling equipment, order pickers, high lifts, forklifts, or cherry pickers At least one (1) year of work experience operating stationary power equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, hoists, and stackers, mills or farm/construction equipment At least one (1) year of work experience in order picking and entering orders, including data entry and scanning barcodes At least one (1) year of experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment Sherwin‑Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
