What is Soccer Shots?
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Soccer Shots is a franchise system that runs programs all over the nation and our Twin Cities MN franchise has recently expanded to Tacoma & Olympia WA. We are ready to create opportunities, grow quickly and make a difference in Tacoma!

Soccer Shots® is the children’s soccer experience, using an acclaimed recreational curriculum and great coaches. Through the beautiful game, we aim to develop character, motor skills, and teamwork. Our team believes children are invaluable and our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
WHAT YOU GET:
- $25-$27 per hour ($17 while in training)
- Coaches 10-30 sessions per week (less than 20 does not include benefits)
- Mileage reimbursement up to $75/month
- Health insurance contribution
- 5 days PTO accrual
- CPR Certification
- AAA yearly membership
- Must have experience and a passion for positively impacting young children
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Your own reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Available on a consistent, weekly basis
- In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
- We operate all year-round conducting 30 minute sessions at childcare centers, recreation centers, public parks, soccer clubs, and elementary schools.
- Hours of operation – Monday through Friday (8AM-7PM) and Saturday (8AM-1PM)
