I am offering a wage of $20 per hour. Flexibility is important, however we are also very flexible. If you have experience caring for toddlers and are looking for a part-time opportunity that can work around your schedule, this may be a good fit. It would consist of a weekday pickup from daycare about 4, a dinner and eventually maybe bedtime (which these kids are very easy!). No preference for the day, and as a backup in case grandparents are away or sick or something there will be options for more hours.
