Role
Own and build our recruiting function across business, technology, and clinical.
Personally run full-cycle hiring from sourcing and outreach through interviews, offers, and closing.
Partner with leadership to prioritize hiring needs and deliver high-volume hiring without compromising quality.
Build the systems, talent pipelines, and recruiting team that support our next stage of growth.
Raise the bar for Foresight Health’s culture and performance.
Qualifications
Proven success recruiting exceptional talent at early-stage, fast-growing startups.
A track record of delivering both hiring volume and quality, with concrete results to show.
A hands-on recruiter who can close technical and business talent and build repeatable pipelines for clinical hiring.
Strong judgment, relentless follow-through, and comfort operating with ambiguity and significant ownership.
