Sales Director

Leontine Linens seeks a commercially minded sales leader to help strengthen and scale a high-touch, design-driven sales function. This role will lead day-to-day sales management while improving the systems, discipline, and relationships that support profitable growth. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership, operational rigor, and relationship-building within a luxury, trade, or service-oriented environment. This person will help build a more repeatable commercial engine while preserving the quality and personalization central to the Leontine Linens brand. Primary Responsibilities Trade & Client Development First and foremost, grow the top line of the organization and involved in day to day client management Strengthen and expand relationships with interior designers, trade partners, and key clients Support growth within existing accounts while identifying opportunities for new business Increase market share with the Luxury Linens category, deepen client engagement, and reinforce Leontine Linens’ reputation in the market Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through clear expectations, accountability, and support Establish goals and performance standards for individual and team success Improve sales capabilities through training, process improvement, and structured feedback Sales Process & Commercial Operations Improve pipeline visibility, lead management, and sales-cycle discipline Drive stronger use of CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making Improve quote follow-up, opportunity tracking, and conversion management Support development of sales forecasts and contribute to margin-aware decision-making Performance & Growth Refine, monitor and improve KPIs related to revenue, conversion, responsiveness, and client satisfaction Help design incentives aligned with profitable growth and quality outcomes Use data and client feedback to refine sales approaches and improve performance over time Qualifications 5+ years in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management Experience leading or improving a sales function in a high-touch environment Demonstrated strength in coaching, process discipline, and performance management Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Luxury goods, interior design, textiles, or home furnishings experience preferred Familiarity with trade-driven sales models strongly preferred Appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and consultative selling #J-18808-Ljbffr Leontine Linens
