Responsibilities include working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying and supporting local community events in our market, and maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay, flexible hours, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within your agency.

Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, organizational skills, self-motivation, proactive problem solving, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, and achieving mutually agreed upon marketing goals.

I am a proud graduate of Purdue University. We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor.
