Driving the end-to-end implementation experience for complex and strategic customers, the remote Senior Implementation Manager will manage project scope, timelines, and execution while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Own the implementation of Carrot benefits for multiple new and existing customers, focusing on complex enterprise accounts Define project scope and timelines, ensuring timely completion and maintaining detailed project documentation Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and contribute to the training of Implementation team members Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, or project management within a high-growth digital health environment Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
