Your key responsibilities Provide innovative and practical designs for tech‑forward transformations, applying advanced technical capabilities Offer technical expertise to maximize value from new and existing IT products and solutions in cloud, multi‑cloud, and hybrid cloud environments Guide others in resolving sophisticated issues in cloud architecture and solve escalated aspects of the architecture Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the business to deliver simple, easy‑to‑use systems that meet user needs and gain client/business buy‑in Coach, mentor, and support development teams during integration of components and services across the ecosystem, frameworks, and platforms Participate in pre‑sales activity, design technical solutions, estimate cost, propose strategy, gather non‑functional requirements, and document architecture Skills and attributes for success Advanced understanding of cloud architecture Excellent communication of solutions, ideas, and suggestions to business partners Ability to adopt and relate new technologies to problems while adhering to security and other standards Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Willingness to share ideas, documentation, and leading practices Conceptual and analytical skills to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies To qualify for the role More than 10 years of applied experience in IT, with at least 2 years in an architect role Hands‑on experience designing, building, and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms Deep understanding of cloud architecture and non‑functional aspects such as performance, scalability, reliability, and availability Excellent English verbal and written communication with C‑Level customers Ideally, you’ll have Deep knowledge of technical architecture spanning all system aspects and its application in a business context Understanding of the latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options Working knowledge of design and integration of platform solutions Experience with programming languages Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud certifications What we look for A self‑starter, independent thinker, curious and creative person with ambition and passion A commitment to building a better working world What we offer Continuous learning to develop mindset and skills for future challenges Success defined by you: tools and flexibility to make a meaningful impact your way Transformative leadership: insights, coaching, and confidence to be the leader the world needs Diverse and inclusive culture: embraced for who you are and empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs In compliance with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act, our company has established the Procedure for reporting breaches of law and undertaking appropriate follow‑up actions.
