Accounting Manager

Rejuvenating Fertility Center (RFC) is Manhattan's first non-conventional IVF center, founded by world-renowned, award-winning OBGYN and REI Dr. Zaher Merhi. RFC has 5 locations and is looking to hire an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of RFC and support management with accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis. This position will work closely with leadership and external accounting professionals to maintain accurate financial records and strengthen financial processes across the organization.

Work Hours

• Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and financial transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records across RFC's multiple locations
• Coordinate with payroll, vendors, banking partners, and external accounting professionals
• Assist with financial audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting
• Provide financial information and analysis to support management decision-making

Skills

• 4+ years of proven accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Healthcare, medical practice, fertility/IVF, OB/GYN, or women's health experience strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• $90,000.00-110,000.00 annually
